Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by Footwear Exchange KPMG for further
information in line with the selection criteria shared on the website. The organizers
reserve the right to accept or reject any nomination, make changes to the assessment
criteria, or revise/cancel the program. The decision of the jury will be final.

Entry terms & conditions
All entries must be in English and submitted via the official form or online. Other formats will not be accepted.
Submissions must be received by 5 November 2025. Late entries are subject to the awards team’s discretion.
Follow the required format and complete all sections. Incomplete entries may be disqualified or scored lower.
All information will remain confidential between Footwear Exchange, ASK Trades andExhibition. Judges sign a confidentiality agreement.
By entering, your contact details will be added to our database for updates related to Leather Industry Changemaker Awards only.
Footwear Exchange may amend categories, subcategories entries, or withhold awards if entries do not meet the required standard.

Judging process & criteria
The judges’ decisions are final. No feedback or discussion will be provided.
Judges only access the categories assigned to them and must declare any conflicts of interest.
All judging discussions and materials are confidential and deleted post-judging.
Shortlisted entries will be notified via the email provided in the form. Judges will not contact entrants directly.
The submission process and shortlisting would be conducted independently by Footwear Exchange
The final jury panel will select the winner from the shortlisted nomination
